This report tracks a full year of AI behaviour in the US and UK, from September 2025 to September 2026, revealing how UK monthly reach grew 3.8X while US reach doubled, and how regular use grew faster than reach in both markets. Alongside the panel data, we surveyed over 6,500 people on how much they trust AI compared with other sources, and whether that trust changes what they do when an AI assistant recommends a brand. It gives brands an early read on how far AI recommendations already drive site visits and sales.
